Shipping
We ship the Lymphex Pro Kit to all areas across South Africa. We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Delivery fee: R90 applied at checkout
- Dispatch within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Tracking number sent to your email once dispatched
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lymphex Pro Kit. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original, sealed packaging
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- We do not accept returns on opened or used products
How to initiate a return
- Email support@lymphex.co.za with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
- We will confirm your return and provide return shipping instructions within 24 business hours.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
