Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery across South Africa takes 10–12 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. We ship to all areas nationally across South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally. 
Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than the standard 10–12 business day estimate.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us at lymphex.online@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.

The Product

How do I use the brush correctly?

Start on clean, dry skin — no oils or products needed. Using light pressure, brush upward in short strokes: neck, jaw, cheeks, under-eyes, forehead. Always brush toward the lymph nodes. The full routine takes 90 seconds. Apply your serum or moisturiser after brushing—drained skin absorbs product significantly better.

How often should I use it?

Daily, ideally each morning. The Lymphex Signature Brush is designed for everyday use — the bristles are gentle enough that there is no risk of overuse with correct technique. Most customers see noticeable results within the first week of daily use.

Do I need to use oil or moisturiser with it?

No. The Lymphex Signature Brush is designed specifically for clean, dry skin. Using it dry is what allows the bristles to activate lymphatic drainage correctly. Apply your serum, oil, or moisturiser after your brushing routine.

Is it safe for sensitive skin and under-eyes?

Yes. The ultra-soft bristles are hypoallergenic and gentle enough for use around the under-eye area. If you have a specific skin condition such as active eczema, rosacea, or open wounds, consult your dermatologist before use.

Can I use it over skincare products or makeup?

No. Always use the brush on clean, dry skin before applying any products. Make it the first step of your morning routine, before everything else.

Is it safe to use during pregnancy?

Consult your healthcare provider or midwife before use during pregnancy. Lymphatic drainage techniques are not always appropriate during all trimesters.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

30-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging. Contact lymphex.online@gmail.com with your order number to initiate. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
