Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery across South Africa typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs R90 and is applied at checkout. We ship to all areas across South Africa. We currently do not ship internationally.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations need to be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us at support@lymphex.co.za and we will do our best to assist.

The Product

Is the Lymphex Pro Kit suitable for all skin types?

Yes. Because the kit is made entirely of wood, there are no chemicals or active ingredients that interact with your skin. Simply apply a body oil before use to allow the tools to glide smoothly. If you have a specific skin condition, consult your dermatologist before use.

How often should I use the kit?

We recommend using the kit 3–4 times per week for best results. You can use it daily if your skin tolerates it well. Aim for at least 10–15 minutes per session.

What body oil should I use?

Any lightweight body oil works well. We recommend coconut oil, marula oil, or rosehip oil. Avoid water-based lotions — they don’t provide enough slip for the tools to glide properly.

Is this safe to use during pregnancy?

We strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using the kit during pregnancy. Lymphatic drainage massage is not always appropriate during all trimesters.

Returns & Support

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Email support@lymphex.co.za to initiate a return.
