We ship the Lymphex Signature Brush to all areas across South Africa. We currently do not offer international shipping.

• Delivery: Free on all orders across South Africa
• Dispatch within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
• Tracking number sent to your email once dispatched
• Estimated delivery: 10–12 business days after dispatch
• Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer
• Delivery is made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then contact us at lymphex.online@gmail.com.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lymphex Signature Brush. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

• Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original, sealed packaging
• Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
• Returns must be initiated by emailing us within the 30-day window
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
• We do not accept returns on opened or used products

How to initiate a return

1. Email lymphex.online@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will confirm your return request and provide return shipping instructions within 24 business hours.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
