Prep the skin
Apply a massage oil or gel of your choice to the area — this hydrates the skin and helps the beads glide smoothly, without any pulling or friction.

Power up
Press the Power/Mode button to turn it on, then tap again to cycle through massage modes.

Set your intensity
Use the Intensity button to adjust suction and roller strength to your comfort level, then glide the 8-bead head slowly over your back, abdomen, or shoulders.

Let the heat sink in
The Heating indicator confirms warmth is active as the beads knead and glide. Use for a few minutes, then power off and place it on charge for next time.
